We are passionate about helping people reach their potential to do remarkable things for themselves, their companies, and the community.  The organization's reach is broad, deep and diverse. Since 1986 we have graduated over 1,300 alumni.  Our graduates have grown to become board appointees, commissioners, advocates, majors, city council members and strong leaders within their own organizations.  Our alumni family has positively impacted hundreds of civic, business, philanthropic, non-profit and cultural organizations.
