Nominee Selection Criteria

Nominations for this award are based upon the following attributes:

 

• Inspirational and Diverse Rising Leadership:   Works creatively, efficiently and effectively to achieve goals by applying innovation and thoughtful risk taking to problem solving for community betterment. 

 

• Impactful Contribution:   Contributes to the community through hard work, collaboration and leadership. The complete impact of their leadership contribution may not be fully realized but is developing for success 

 

• Thoughtful Risk Taking:   Displays a conviction of beliefs and a willingness to take intentional risks for a community-driven purpose that is relevant now. 

 

• Motivational Encouragement:   Motivates and inspires others from varied and diverse backgrounds to take on leadership roles to help improve the Scottsdale community.
