The mission of Scottsdale Leadership is to strengthen our community by developing, training, and empowering dedicated leaders through education, skill development, mentoring and community trusteeship. Our core values are integrity, diversity and commitment. Scottsdale Leadership is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Scottsdale Leadership's core program, a nine-month community leadership development program, has graduated more than 700 men and women who actively participate and lead civic, business, and philanthropic organizations in Scottsdale and throughout the Valley.
Participants learn about the issues facing Scottsdale, develop the leadership skills needed to make an impact, and build a network of resources to help them effect change.
In addition, Scottsdale Leaderships hosts many events for its alumni, hosts a annual community forum each spring that is open to the public, and recognizes top leaders in the community at its annual Spirit of the Community Leadership Awards Luncheon.
